The group is open to all teachers aged 35 and under, working in state and independent schools in Birmingham. The group meets regularly to socialise, exchange ideas and support each other.

We will be holding events throughout the year and would welcome all young teachers to come and join us. Our last event for young NUT members was a free buffet supper at WOKMANIA to celebrate your first half term at school and to welcome new young teachers working in Birmingham. We had around 25 members attend, which was a great success, and hopefully at our next event there will be more of you.
