SWINE FLU LATEST ADVICE
Contrary to certain news reports, schools may still be recommended to close by the Health Protection Agency (HPA).
Where HPA recommends closure, the Head Teacher must follow that advice. A closure recommended by HPA will be for pupils AND staff.
Schools may also be closed for operational reasons at the Head Teacher’s discretion, under such circumstances staff may be required to go into school.
